1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During peak periods, shipments may be delayed by a few extra days. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to mainland France.

Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance or high seasonal demand.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s) as soon as your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier's portal.
4. Customs Duties and Taxes
Findsgadget.com is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (customs duties, import VAT, etc.).
⚠️ Important information for customers in France: Since July 1, 2021, VAT is applicable to all online purchases made from sellers outside the European Union, regardless of the order amount. Customs clearance fees may also apply for packages with a value exceeding €150.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
Findsgadget.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all damaged packaging and items until your claim is resolved.
6. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to mainland France as well as Belgium, Switzerland, and Luxembourg. For any other destination, please contact our customer service at contact@findsgadget.com to check availability.
